Corner Attachment Bracket

This bracket is engineered for mechanical strength and stability in overhead line construction.

Angled Attachment: It is specifically designed to terminate strand or guy grips at horizontal angles between 35° and 60°, providing a proper connection point that a standard straight attachment cannot.

Integrated Thimble Eyes: The two curved "ears" act as integral thimble eyes, creating smooth, reinforced surfaces that protect the terminating strand or grip from sharp bending and wear.

Pole-Gripping Design: The mounting surface is curved to match the pole's contour and features integral spurs. These spurs dig into the pole surface when the bracket is tightened, providing anti-rotation stability and preventing the bracket from sliding.

Standard Compatibility: It accommodates strands or guy grips up to a maximum of 1/2" in diameter and is designed to mount to the pole using standard 5/8" hardware (bolts, not included).

The Corner Attachment Bracket is used in the construction and maintenance of overhead cable and messenger strand systems.

Utility & Telecom Construction: It is a component for anchoring supporting strands (messengers) for coaxial, fiber optic, or aerial copper cables, especially where the direction of the line changes around a corner.

Strand Guying: Used where a guy wire or supporting strand needs to be terminated on a pole at an angle, ensuring the connection is aligned with the direction of pull.

Material: It is made from Ductile Iron. This is a type of cast iron known for its high strength, ductility (ability to deform without breaking), and resistance to shock and corrosion—essential properties for withstanding constant tension and environmental exposure.
