The brace connects the crossarm to the pole via pre-punched holes: a 9/16" x 1" slot on the crossarm side and an 11/16" round hole on the pole side.
Manufacturing Process：
The brace is produced through a sequenced fabrication process:
Material selection: Starts with structural-grade steel angle stock, chosen for its high strength-to-weight ratio.
Shaping: The angle steel is cut and precision-bent into a continuous V-profile without welded joints. This one-piece formation eliminates weak points and improves fatigue resistance.
Hole punching: Mounting holes are punched at exact locations to match standard crossarm and pole bolt patterns. The crossarm hole is a 9/16" x 1" elongated opening (allowing minor field adjustment), while the pole hole is a fixed 11/16" diameter.
Hot-dip galvanizing: The entire brace is immersed in molten zinc per ASTM A-153. This creates a metallurgically bonded coating that protects against corrosion from moisture, salt, and airborne contaminants.
The result is a durable, maintenance-free component ready for direct field installation on wood or steel poles.
